Shuttle Service Information
The DoubleTree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country does not provide complimentary shuttle services. However, round-trip ground transportation service to and from the DoubleTree Hotel to SFO and OAK airports is available through Sonoma County Airport Express. Advance ticket purchases are available on-line by credit card. Please note, when purchasing tickets on the shuttle, credit card payments are not accepted and you must pay using cash or check.
One-Way service from the Sonoma County Airport to the DoubleTree Hotel is also available; however taxi services would be required for return service to the airport. Schedules and times for these services vary.

Airport: Let Pure Luxury provide your Airport Transportation to and from San Francisco (SFO, Oakland (OAK), Santa Rosa (STS), Sacramento (SMF), and San Jose (SJC).
No matter how late or early the flight arrives, we will be there. We track all flights, whether private or commercial, with a satellite flight tracking system. Arriving flights are automatically updated by our reservation software system, and then we automatically page your chauffeur a half hour before your flight touches the ground. Our chauffeurs are tracked every minute to ensure our customers prompt service.
On arriving flights, chauffeurs are expected to be at the airport by the pre-flight arrival time.
If you book reservations for other travelers in your company, please be sure to give them our "800-626-LIMO" number. If needed, they can contact us upon their arrival.
Pure Luxury procedures for airport pick-ups are as follows:
Chauffeurs are required to park in designated parking spaces on all
arrivals unless a curb meet is requested.
Chauffeurs hold an 8.5" by 11" sign that reads: "Pure Luxury Welcomes"
followed by the passenger's surname.
Upon meeting a client, a Pure Luxury chauffeur will introduce
himself/herself, offer to assist the passenger with his/her luggage, and
confirm the destination.
If, after all passengers on an arriving flight have deplaned, the
chauffeur has not met his passenger, he/she will have the individual
paged on the public address system. He/she will then check with the
airline to confirm whether the passenger was on the flight. If the
chauffeur is still unable to locate the passenger, Pure Luxury's office
will be notified, and the dispatching staff will attempt to call the
contact name on the reservation. Alternatively, if the passenger cannot
find his/her chauffeur, we request that they call the toll-free number
and inform the dispatcher that they cannot locate their chauffeur. The
dispatcher will subsequently call the chauffeur on his/her portable
digital radio. We also use alpha numeric pagers that inform the
chauffeur exactly where the passenger is calling from and even what they
are wearing.

From Highway 101 North: Take the Golf Course Drive exit. The exit will bring you to Commerce Blvd. Turn left on Commerce Blvd. Proceed to Golf Course Drive. Turn right on Golf Course Drive. The Doubletree Hotel will be on the left.
From Highway 101 South: Take the Wilfred Avenue/Golf Course Drive exit and stay to the right. Turn right at the first light onto Redwood Avenue. Proceed to the next intersection, turn right on Commerce Boulevard. Go under the freeway. Next turn left on Golf Course Drive and make another left on to Doubletree Drive.
From Oakland:
Right onto Hagenberger Rd. I-880 N I-980 E I-580 W cross
Richmond/San Rafael Bridge/TOLL/. HWY 101 N Exit Golf
Course Drive, Left on Commerce, Right on Golf Course Drive, Left on
Doubletree Drive at second light.
From Charles M. Schulz (STS) Sonoma County Airport: Head South on Airport Drive, Turn right to stay on Airport Blvd. Merge onto US-101 South via the ramp to San Francisco, Take the Wilfred Ave. exit toward Golf Course Drive, Turn right at Redwood Drive, Turn right toward Golf Course Drive, Turn left at Golf Course Drive, Turn left at Double Tree Drive.
From San Francisco International (SFO) Start out going East on T-1 Turnaround, go straight toward Domestic Hourly Parking, Merge onto US-101 N toward San Francisco, Merge onto I-380 West I-280/San Bruno, Merge onto 1-280 N toward San Francisco, keep left to take CA-1 N via Exit 49B toward 19th Avenue/Golden Gate Bridge, Turn slight left onto 19th ave/CA-1 N, continue to follow CA-1 N., merge onto US-101 N via the exit on the Left toward Golden Gate Br.
