Conference Theme: Excellence in the East

Do you have success stories, innovative ideas, and extraordinary results in your operations? Do you know of someone who does and you’d like to learn more about it? We are now accepting proposals for the NACAS East 2012 Regional Conference. Please share your best and brightest staff and programs with your Auxiliary Services colleagues.

We are seeking proposals for presentations that focus on issues that are important to members from all types and sizes of colleges and universities. Proposals are being accepted for 50-75 minute sessions.

Some examples of topics include:

• Excellence in inclusive staff recruitment and/or development

• Excellence in bookstore adaptation to new content delivery channels

• Excellence in public safety strategies for Auxiliary Services

• Excellence in benchmarking for Auxiliary Services units

• Excellence in parking strategies or marketing

• Excellence in campus printing or copying solutions

Presentation Guidelines:
• Proposals may be submitted by individuals or by groups of presenters.

• Proposals from business partners will be accepted if a representative from a member institution is a co-presenter.

• Proposals where speakers are drawn from more than one institution are encouraged.

• The content of submissions should relate to the conference theme.

• All accepted presenters must register for attendance at the conference.

• Submission of a presentation does not guarantee participation in the program.

• Selected speakers are responsible for all expenses incurred in conjunction with the NACAS East 2012 Regional Conference including registration, housing and travel.

• The NACAS East 2012 Regional Conference Committee reserves the right to revise presentation titles or edit the session description of selected presentations.

Deadline for Proposal Submission: February 1, 2012.
