Business Partner Information
Registration
Business Partner registration to the NACAS East 2011 Regional Conference allows 2 representatives from each company to attend all sessions, events, and meals noted in the conference schedule (except Monday night on your own). The registration fee also allows you to display company material in an exhibit hall setting. Additional representatives over and above the 2 delegates may attend the conference for an additional fee.

Sponsorship
NACAS East has many sponsorship opportunities available to any interested company. Please contact Joe Oster (410-704-2364/ joster@towson.edu) to find the right opportunity best suited to promoting your company during the conference. Sponsors who commit by the deadline of April 29, 2011 will be included in onsite printed materials.
Networking Opportunities
Make plans to participate in the conference golf tournament or kayak event to enjoy unique, small-group networking opportunities. Additional registration fees apply.
Table Display
Each registered company is provided a standard 6 ft. skirted table in the exhibit hall setting during the conference.
Business Partner Schedule
Monday, June 13, 2011
Exhibit Hall Set Up: 8 - 10:45 a.m.
Business Partner Meeting: 11:30 a.m. - noon
Business Partner Recognition Luncheon: Noon - 1:30 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Open: 1:30 - 3:45 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Tear Down: 3:45 - 7:00 p.m.
Shipping & Additional Services
Materials and display items may be shipped directly to the conference hotel no earlier than 2 days prior to the conference. Additional receiving and delivery fees apply to all boxes sent to the hotel.
Display needs such as electrical, data lines, and special handling of exhibits can be handled through the Westin Annapolis.
Details on these additional services, including shipping and other fee-based services can be found on the vendor request form which needs to be submitted to the Westin Annapolis no later than April 29, 2011.
