Senior Leadership Forum
Experience the camaraderie of the Senior Leadership Forum, an exclusive Executive Education program for auxiliary leaders, while learning from world class faculty at one of the top ranked college business programs in the nation.
The Senior
Leadership Forum is designed for highly experienced auxiliary
leaders (vice presidents, general managers, and directors overseeing
multiple operations) seeking to optimize the performance of units
reporting to them and to network with colleagues experiencing similar
challenges and opportunities in the field.
The program focuses on aspects of leadership, strategy, critical thinking, marketing and negotiation and how those principles apply to the responsibilities of the auxiliary enterprise leader. The key learning objective for the program will be to introduce and reinforce the current strategies, best practices, and research related to the management of auxiliary services.

Taught by leading faculty from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, the Senior Leadership Forum combines academic and practical knowledge. Attendees prepare with case study readings in order to make the most of in-class discussions. Networking events, including dinner on the University of Virginia’s historic Lawn, create relationships to last beyond the Forum.
The Senior Leadership Forum is generously supported by the NACAS Education Foundation.
