NACAS relies on strong room block usage to secure ample conference meeting space, increase negotiation leverage for future conferences, and offset Annual Conference expenses. The Broadmoor Overview

A special conference rate has been secured at our host property, The Broadmoor. Honored with the Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Award for 50 consecutive years, this property offers a wonderful retreat conveniently located just minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. Rate

NACAS has secured a block of rooms in various categories; see list below.
As availability in each room category fills, the remaining categories will be offered.
These rates are available from November 1 - 15, 2010.
All credit cards will be charged a minimum of a one night's room and tax deposit immediately.
Rates are European Plan (no meals) and do not include 9.4% tax and 2.25% public improvement fee (subject to change).
An incidental services fee of $16 per room, single or double occupancy, and $2.50 for each additional person, will be added daily to the room (see Incidental Services section below for more information).
Tax is not included.

Incidental Services Fee

A daily service charge applies to all guests' rooms, in the current amount of $16 single/double occupancy, and $2.50 for each additional person. In an effort to eliminate many small charges, this service fee includes the following:

Complimentary high speed internet access (hard-lined and wireless) in all guestrooms
Daily paper
Local access calls
Long distance access charges/800 access charges
Incoming faxes
Unlimited access to The Broadmoor Spa & Fitness Center

Cut-off Date

The discounted conference rate will be available until October 7, 2010 OR until the block sells out. Please consider making your room as soon as possible to secure your preferred room category and general availability.
