NACAS encourages all 2011 Annual Conference attendees and exhibitors to reserve their hotel accommodations within the official NACAS block at the Rosen Shingle Creek. NACAS relies on strong room block usage to secure ample conference meeting space, increase negotiation leverage for future conferences, and offset Annual Conference expenses.

Important Note as of 9-26-11: Currently the contracted hotel room block is in sold out status over the dates of October 23-24, 2011. The hotel is taking the names and information of anyone that would like to have a reservation at the host hotel. NACAS recommends you give the Rosen Shingle your information and look for alternate accommodations via Orbitz or Travelocity and make reservations TAKING NOTE OF THE DATE IN WHICH YOU CAN CANCEL WITHOUT INCURRING A PENALTY. If NACAS and the Rosen Shingle have cancellations and we can move you to the host hotel, we will contact you immediately. You will then have the choice to cancel your reservation at the alternate hotel and move to the Rosen Shingle. We have asked our business partners to give up any additional rooms they might have to benefit our members. We have received some responses and anticipate more. We also anticipate last minute cancellations however ask that you secure accommodations in the instance we cannot accommodate your stay. We knew that this would be a very exciting conference hosted by a popular hotel with Orlando a tremendous destination. We look forward to seeing you soon at this year’s very exciting NACAS Annual Conference.

Rosen Shingle Creek, the only official conference hotel, is nestled on a 230-acre site along Shingle Creek just off Universal Boulevard, east of the Orange County Convention Center North/South expansion and just 10 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. Our ideal location is just a short distance to a variety of Orlando's best attractions, restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues.

All Rosen Shingle Creek guest rooms include high-end amenities, such as a mini-refrigerator, hair dryer, make-up mirror, coffee maker, in-room laptop safe and in-room movie service. All rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet capability and 32" flat screen TVs. These oversized guest rooms are among the largest in Central Florida. Rosen Shingle Creek is a smoke-free environment in all indoor public areas and guest rooms.

Please note: There are multiple properties owned by Rosen Hotels in the Orlando area. When confirming your transportation to the conference, please be certain you note the address for the Rosen Shingle Creek.

Rate

These rates are available from October 17 - 29, 2011.
Rooms before or after the official conference dates of October 20-26, 2011 will be sold based upon availability.
Five days prior to your arrival, a one night’s room and tax authorization will be processed on your credit/debit card. Please be aware that an authorization on a debit card will remove funds from your bank account at that time.
All rooms are subject to a lodging tax at 12%

$182.00 single/double occupancy + taxes/night

$20.00 for each additional person

Check-In: After 3 p.m.

Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.

Upgrades and Special Requests

Please contact the hotel directly at 407-996-6338 for suite upgrade rates and other information. Special requests including king beds, connecting rooms, etc. are not guaranteed and will be granted based on availability on the day of arrival.

Reservations

The hotel is in a sell-out situation on Sunday, October 23 and Monday, October 24. The hotel has started a wait list there and will offer rooms as cancellations come in.
