2012 Exhibitor Contract & Registration Details

Thank you for your interest! If you have not yet registered for a booth in the 2012 Exhibit Hall, please complete and email, fax, or mail the NACAS 2012 Exhibit Hall Registration Contract to the NACAS National Office.

Exhibitor Registration Fee

A deposit of $1,000 per booth is due with your booth contract. If a deposit is not received by January 30, 2012, NACAS reserves the rate to relocate and booths that have no deposit down.
The booth balance is due within 90 days of the date NACAS received the contract.
NACAS member rate per 10' x 10' booth: $2,155.
Non-member rate per 10' x 10' booth is $2,795.
One company per booth.
No refunds after August 20, 2012. Prior to that date a refund will be issued for the amount paid minus a $250 cancellation processing fee.

Included in the Booth Price

Name badges and meal tickets for up to five company representatives per booth. All exhibitors need to complete the 2012 Exhibitor Forms Packet for booth personnel, additional ticket purchases, and food/beverage needs. The packet will be ready in summer of 2012.
Access to all general sessions and educational programs. We encourage your attendance as a great way to meet our members and learn more about trends and challenges on their campuses.
New for 2012: Three booth personnel registrations and one full registration are included with each 10' x 10' booth. We are pleased to announce that this year a full set of meal tickets will be included in that one full registration for the following events: Regional Breakfasts, Gala, Opening Awards Reception, Celebration Luncheon. Campus Tours, Golf Tournament, Texas Hold 'Em Tournament, and Pre-Conference Workshops are still extra.
One electronic list of conference attendees will be emailed out to the exhibitor contacts on the early attendee registration deadline. Another electronic list will be emailed out to the exhibitor contacts post-conference.
