Exhibitor Cancellations
If the exhibitor desires to cancel part or all of the contracted space, the exhibitor must do so in writing by certified mail.
No refunds will be made after August 20, 2012. A $250 processing fee will be charged if booth is cancelled prior to August 20, 2012.
